The Staff

Julie Jones - Head of Garway School and  Preschool Manager

  Theresa Brandeberry - Pre-school Manager

Theresa has been working with Early Years settings for nearly 20 years now. previously specialising in health and behaviour, Theresa now leads our team of dedicated early years practitioners. She is also point of contact for Stay and Play on Friday mornings while Zoe is on maternity leave.

 Zoe Williams

Zoe is a qualified Primary school teacher and is responsible for our “Stay and Play” sessions on a Friday morning. Zoe would be your point of contact if you were interested in attending this session with your child. Currently on maternity leave.

   Christina Plant

Christina has just completed her Childcare apprenticeship and is now a qualified Level 2 Pre-school assistant. She brings a wealth of outdoor and gardening experience to Pre-school is now undertaking Level 3 Forest Schools training. 

Susan Mills

An experience child-care provider who has been involved with Garway Primary School for many years. Sue has GNVQ BTEC in Intermediate Health and Social Care, Certificate in Child Care and Education, NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Care and Education, Elklan Learning Inititatives Let's Talk with Under 5s, Oplex Careers Teaching Assistant Level 2.   She also hopes to acheive TA SEN level 3 and HTA Level 4. and further Phonics and Speech and Language training. 

Anne-Marie Richards

Our newest recruit to the team joined us in May 2019.  Anne has NVQ level 2 in care, Learning Disablilty Qualification LDQ3, TA diploma and and Advanced Safe Handling of Medication.  She is an experienced childminder especially with children with physical and mental disabliites and has 20 years working in the Health Care Industry.  

Jackie Smith

A very experienced TA working in Garway Primary School with Year R is also our Breakfast Club carer and will welcome your children if you are dropping off before the start of the day ( booking is essential). 

All our staff are encouraged to continue with their professional development to ensure they are up to date with EYFS requirements and enable Garway Pre-school to provide high standard care from dedicated, enthusiastic staff.
